1. はじめに
OtoWoLab（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「呼び鈴（Yobirin）」（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報と、その利用・保存・管理方法を本ポリシーで説明します。
2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的
本アプリは、利用者が選んだカレンダーの予定について、予定名、開始・終了日時、終日区分、カレンダーID、予定IDなどを読み取り、通知やアラームの設定・実行に使用します。
利用者がカレンダーの変更への追従を許可した場合は、変更の検出・照合のため、アカウント名・アカウント種別、同期識別子、UID、タイムゾーン、繰り返し・例外情報、削除状態なども取り扱います。これらの一部は、照合のため端末内に保存されます。
調査した製品コードのカレンダー取得列には、予定の説明本文、場所、参加者は含まれていません。
3. 保存先と外部通信
登録した予定、通知・アラーム設定、予定の識別情報、同意状態、予約計画、変更照合・更新ジョブ、取消・誤配信防止の管理情報などは、端末内のアプリ用データベースや設定領域に保存されます。バックグラウンド処理の管理情報も端末内に保持されます。
確認したv1.0.0の配布APKにはINTERNET権限がなく、製品コードにもアプリ自身が外部サーバーへ情報を送信する処理は確認されていません。広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ情報送信のためのSDKも確認されていません。
ただし、Googleカレンダー等の同期サービスが行う通信や、OtoWoLabのWebサイトへのアクセスは、本アプリ自身の通信とは別です。また、通知・ロック画面・ホーム画面ウィジェットを表示するため、予定名や日時がAndroidの通知機構やホームアプリに渡される場合があります。
4. 権限と端末機能
本アプリは、カレンダーの読み取り、通知の表示、正確な時刻でのアラーム、振動、全画面通知、音声再生のためのフォアグラウンドサービス、再起動後の予約復旧など、必要なAndroid権限・機能を利用します。最終APKにはWAKE_LOCKおよびACCESS_NETWORK_STATEも含まれますが、INTERNET権限とカレンダー書込権限はありません。
権限の許可状況や端末の省電力制御によって、一部の通知・アラームが動作しない場合があります。権限はAndroidの設定から管理できます。
5. カレンダーの変更への追従
カレンダーの変更への追従、自動確認、自動反映は初期状態でOFFです。利用者が設定し、必要な同意を行った場合に限り、登録済み予定の変更を確認し、名称・日時などを反映します。予定を安全に特定できない場合や削除・再作成など判断が難しい場合は、自動反映を保留します。
同意を撤回した後は、新たな自動反映を行いません。ただし、すでに確定した予約処理の整合性を保つための処理が完了する場合があります。
6. 削除と保持
利用者は登録済みの予定を個別または一括で削除できます。本アプリから削除しても、元のカレンダーの予定は削除されません。
登録を削除した後も、取消計画、過去のアラームの誤配信防止情報、更新ジョブなどの管理情報が端末内に残る場合があります。更新ジョブには変更後の予定名・日時が含まれる場合があり、現行実装で一律の保存期限は確認されていません。また、追従が有効な場合、期限経過後の登録整理が保留される場合があります。
通常のアンインストールではAndroidがアプリ専用領域を削除しますが、元のカレンダー情報や、すでに別途作成された端末移行・バックアップのコピーまでは削除しません。
7. バックアップ・端末間移行
本アプリはAndroidのallowBackupをfalseに設定しています。ただし、端末メーカーやOSのデータ移行方法によっては、アプリの情報が端末間で移行される可能性を完全には否定できません。
8. ログと安全管理
本アプリは、動作状態、処理理由、識別子に由来するキーなどをAndroidのシステムログへ出力する場合があります。確認した明示的なログ処理に予定名・アカウント名の直接出力はありませんが、OSや依存ライブラリのログも含め、個人情報が一切含まれないことは保証できません。ログの取得・保持は端末やOSの設定に影響されます。
当方は機能に必要な範囲で情報を扱うよう努めますが、すべてのセキュリティリスクを完全に排除できるものではありません。
9. 第三者サービスとWebサイト
本アプリはAndroidのCalendar Provider等を利用します。Googleカレンダーなどの同期サービスには、各提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
OtoWoLabのWeb問い合わせフォームは外部サービスFormSubmitを利用しており、フォームへ入力された情報は同サービスを経由して送信されます。このWebフォームは本アプリとは別の仕組みです。
10. 改定・お問い合わせ
本ポリシーはアプリの機能や運用の変更に応じて改定する場合があります。重要な変更はOtoWoLab公式サイトなどでお知らせします。

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application Yobirin (the “App”), provided by OtoWoLab (“we”), accesses, uses, stores, and manages information.
2. Information and purposes
For calendar events selected by the user, the App reads information such as event title, start and end times, all-day status, calendar ID, and event ID to schedule reminders and alarms.
When the user enables calendar change tracking, the App also processes account names and types, synchronization identifiers, UIDs, time zones, recurrence and exception information, and deletion status to detect and reconcile changes. Some of these identifiers are stored locally for matching purposes.
The calendar queries reviewed in the release code do not request event descriptions, locations, or attendees.
3. Local storage and network communication
The App stores registered events, reminder and alarm preferences, identifiers, consent settings, alarm schedules, change reconciliation and update jobs, cancellation records, and safeguards against obsolete alerts in its local database and settings. Background work management information is also kept on the device.
The reviewed v1.0.0 release APK does not declare the INTERNET permission, and no App-initiated server transmission code was identified. No advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs were identified.
This does not describe communications performed separately by calendar synchronization providers, such as Google Calendar, or by the OtoWoLab website. To show notifications, lock-screen information, and home-screen widgets, event titles and times may be passed to Android notification components or the device's launcher.
4. Permissions and device features
The App uses Android permissions and features for reading calendar events, displaying notifications, scheduling exact alarms, vibration, full-screen notifications, foreground audio playback, and restoring scheduled operations after a device restart. The release APK also includes WAKE_LOCK and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE. It does not include the INTERNET or calendar write permissions.
Some reminders and alarms may not work if permissions are denied or the device restricts background activity. Users can manage applicable permissions in Android settings.
5. Calendar change tracking
Calendar tracking, automatic checking, and automatic application of changes are OFF by default. They operate only after the user enables the relevant settings and provides the required consent. When an event cannot be reliably identified, or a change such as deletion or recreation is ambiguous, automatic updates are withheld.
After consent is withdrawn, no new automatic updates are applied. Previously committed scheduling operations may still be completed to preserve consistency.
6. Deletion and retention
Users can delete individual registered events or all registered events. Doing so does not delete the original calendar events.
Cancellation plans, safeguards against obsolete alerts, and update-job records may remain locally after a registered event is deleted. Update jobs may include a changed event title and time. No uniform retention period was identified in the current implementation. Expired-event cleanup may also be deferred while calendar tracking is enabled.
Normal uninstallation causes Android to remove the App's private storage, but does not remove the original calendar data or copies previously created through backup or device migration.
7. Backup and device migration
The App sets Android's allowBackup attribute to false. However, device manufacturers and Android migration mechanisms may handle data transfers differently, so transfer of App data to another device cannot be categorically ruled out.
8. Logs and security
The App may write processing states, reason codes, and identifier-derived keys to Android system logs. The explicit logging code reviewed does not directly log event titles or account names, but we cannot guarantee that all operating-system or library logs are free of personal information. Log access and retention depend on device and operating-system behavior.
We aim to limit information processing to what is necessary for the App, but no software can be guaranteed free of all security risks.
9. Third-party services and website
The App uses Android system facilities, including the Calendar Provider. Calendar synchronization services such as Google Calendar are governed by their respective providers' privacy policies.
The OtoWoLab website's contact form uses the third-party service FormSubmit. Information entered into that form is processed through that service. The website contact form is separate from the App.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the App or its operation changes. Material changes will be announced on the OtoWoLab website or through other appropriate channels.
